As a young boy of 14 years Art worked with his dad after school and weekends in their family print shop. Eager to learn every aspect of the printing business, Art mastered each machine before moving on to the next one. At the tender age of 19 when most young men are looking to spread their wings Art purchased his dad’s print shop and proceeded to build a legacy for his family. After much heartache and a natural disaster that nearly put them out of business, Globe Litho emerges as one of the premier commercial printers in the metro area.

Robert Lion, Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer
Much like Art, Bob grew up in his own families print shop. At age 10 Bob worked weekends and summers learning the print business from his father and industry professionals. In 1977 Bob became a full timer running everything from Letterpress to Typesetting and Paste-up Boards. This was a fun time to learn printing, computers were just starting to be phased in. In 1991 Bob broke away and started his own company with the first Waterless Press in the metro area. Today Bob’s days are filled with Environmental compliance from organizations like FSC, Green-E, and the EPA. Bob handles the GLOBE GREEN initiative.
Dennis Domerstad, Vice President of Operations
Helmut Boehl, Vice President of Production
While serving his country in Vietnam, Helmut realized how important it is to get information to the troops, in his spare time he would help with the mimeograph equipment. This is where he caught the Print Bug. Upon his return he attended NYC College for Graphics Arts. Helmut worked his way from rotary web press thru die cutting and foil stamping. Helmut is from the old school of craftsmen, where quality is first.
